There are two main options, self-drive and fly-drive.
Self-drive
Le
Fleutron is 466 miles from Calais, slightly less from Caen, Le Havre and
Dieppe, and is a realistic self-drive destination. Driving time from Calais
is approx. 8 hours. We offer Eurotunnel, cross channel ferries via Dover
- Calais, Portsmouth - Caen / Cherbourg / Le Havre / St Malo, Poole - Cherbourg / St Malo,
Newhaven - Dieppe.
The early morning sailings from Dover – Calais are a popular choice, avoiding overnight stops and enabling you to be on site by late afternoon / early evening. Otherwise, the overnight sailings to Caen and Le Havre are ideal for those preferring a Portsmouth departure.
If you need an overnight stop hotels are inexpensive, for example a family room for 4 in a B&B Hotel chain is approximately 55 / 60 euros.
Fly-drive
Geneva airport is less than 30 mins drive with numerous flights from a range of UK and Ireland airports. As a general rule the earlier you book your flights the lower the prices. Options are:
